Return Policy

Books are refundable only if unopened from the original shrink-wrap and returned within thirty (30) days of delivery. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable and insured shipment method for your return package. You must contact us by email to obtain a return authorization number and the correct return address. No refund will be processed unless a return authorization number has been issued in writing by Noranda Publishing prior to your return.
