Policies:

We require a valid purchase order for all orders.
Orders are invoiced and must be paid prior to shipment.
Books are inspected before shipment and are in good condition.
Sales at discounted prices are final (unsold books are not returnable).
You must contact us within 10 business days of delivery for shipment issues.
Our policies are indicated on our invoices and shipment documents.
Do not return books unless we provide a return authorization number.

To avoid freight charges on your invoice:
You must provide your carrier name and account number, and your company name and address registered with your carrier for authentication purposes.

To avoid sales taxes on United States orders:
If you are exempt or buying for resale, we normally require a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate or a Resale Certificate if you have never ordered from us.
